EMPOWERING
GIRL TALK
Girl Talk is an in-person support group for teen girls in 9th through 12th grade, held every Tuesday from 5:00–6:30 PM at our Conroe office. The group provides a safe, supportive space where participants can connect, learn, and grow together while exploring a variety of age-appropriate topics that encourage confidence, healthy relationships, and emotional well-being. Dinner is provided each week to help create a welcoming and relaxed environment.

PARENTING
GRANDPARENT SUPPORT
The Grandparent Support Group is offered virtually every Tuesday from 12:00–1:00 PM. This online group provides a supportive space for grandparents to connect, share experiences, and receive encouragement. The group can be accessed through any electronic device, making participation easy and convenient.

PARENTING
HISPANIC MOM'S GROUP
Our Hispanic Moms' support group meets on Wednesday mornings, 9:00 am-11:00 am at the Conroe office. It is open to all Spanish-speaking mothers. The purpose of the group is to allow the women an opportunity to share their stories and to learn from one another. The topics generally brought for discussion by the women are parenting, relationships, adaptation to a new culture, their different roles as women, such as a mother, spouse, sister, daughter, aunt, grandmother, etc.

MOMMIES & BABIES
The Mommies & Babies (Mamás y Bebés) early childhood group meets on Tuesday mornings 9:00 am-11:00 am at the Conroe office. It is open to all Spanish-speaking parents of children ages 0-5. Parents are encouraged to bring their children with them as each week, activities are planned to help increase parent-child bonding, and positive discipline techniques are taught and modeled. Parents have time to share their parenting challenges and successes, and the children have time to meet new friends.
